The bar gets crazy during happy hour. Peachsakesangria is delicious and sweet. The menu changed though and they got rid of many of my favorites. Viva Las Vegas roll is delicious.
Scallop Dybamite appetizer RA'ckin Roll, Viva Las Vegas Roll, GarlicPonzuYellowtail, and Gojira Roll are the BEST. And their fried cinnamon gelato, is sooooo tasty.
First time at RA. The place was very nice w/a great atmosphere. The food & drinks were delicious, our server not so much; he made me feel rushed. I serve and I expect the same service I would give.
Make sure to make reservation on weekends. Usually very crowded but the service is always good and quick. Dragon rolls and Philadelphia rolls are a must.
Free edamame or miso soup with checkin! The crispytuna balls and clamudonnoodles are amazing. Great flavors. Also enjoyed the coconutcreme brûlée. Yum! Will be back.
Awesome food, but if you expect to come here and have a conversation with people; stop beforehand and take a few sign language classes. You can't hear anything above the incredibly loud terrible music
It is no secret that RA Sushi has the best sushi happy hour in Baltimore! Cheap rolls, apps and drinks! EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK!!! Extra bonus: free edemame when you check in!! :)
Nit the best Sushi I have had in my life. Yhe restaurant is very trendy and the food appears be a fusion of what! I have no idea. But the drinks are delish.
The best sushi I've ever had. Large filling portions, great fast service. Full bar that's fast and accurate. Definitely recommended. First time here too.
Best Baltimore Bars 2012: "You have to talk (much) louder here but it’s worth it when you get a 22 oz. Kirin and Sake for $7 six days a week from 3-7 p.m." http://bsun.md/XyZwlb
RA offers a wide variety of sushi especially if you are not looking for the traditional sushi or sashimi rolls. Trendy place to hang out before you hit up the local bars.
The music is so loud you won't be able to hear the people at your own table, after it takes them 30 minutes to seat you regardless of reservation. I've been here 10+ times and that's always the case.
Happy hour at Ra is 5-7 pm and gets extremely live and (unfortunately) cramped. Loudmusic, lots of people. Try the Vegas roll which is half priced during HH.
What was? What Japanese resturant serves a white rice bowl not sushi rice unless requested and brings fish without wasabi or ginger, that was "upon request" also.
If you're looking for sushi with a kick... Try the Zonie Roll - Spicy Salmon, Cucumber, Cilantro & Jalapeno rolled & topped with avocado and sriracha! Soooo good!!! Read more
It’s more fun in the RA! Join us for happy hour, Monday through Saturday, from 3 to 7 p.m. Every Sunday, come out to the Flying Fish Lounge for food specials from 8 to 11 p.m. and drink specials 8 p.m. to midnight.
