A friendly staff does make a difference, and that's why this is one of my favorite locations. I love the holiday coffees. The new Chestnut Praline is good, a bit less sweeter than the Caramel Brûlée.

My favorite Starbucks in the vicinity. Open till 11pm on weekdays and till 12am on weekends, it is well lit and modernly furnished, with tuneful songs at a reasonable volume.

Can't use the bathroom here unless you have a receipt. These people will yell at you asking for your receipt. Never experienced this before and I always get coffee at the ESB location.
