You can't go through the drivethru because it takes a half hour. You go inside and they screw up your order. What is wrong with this place?

This is the lamest Starbucks out of 60 I have visited. Most of the employees make tons of mistakes. The drive-thru operates slowly and 3 of 4 visits have mistakes.
