Honesty is always the best policy. Be up front about any physical or liquid damage and take personal ownership over issues relating to your device. It goes along way here.
If you don't see stuff you're looking for on display.. Ask them! They don't display everything they have in stock. I got pogo stick (to use with ipad) & other stuff...
It took the staff 10 minutes to process a $25 iTunes store credit. In the end, they forgot to give me the receipt. No wonder someone crashed their car in here! :)
Last 2 "Geniuses" I had appointments with we're either rude or inept. Came in with Time Machine issue and he didn't have a solution. I fixed my problem, but no thanks to this location.
