- Karen QuonFebruary 27, 2013Half-priced wings on Tuesday nights with the purchase of a beverage. Get a small group and get yourself a Grand Slam of Dry Cajun with sauces on the side.
- RossMarch 18, 2014The staff here are fantastic. So friendly and remarkably patient. Never a complaint for 20 odd years with the staff. (We miss Beth!) The management, however, is atrocious. Labour Board!Upvoted 3 weeks ago
- Shelley McKayAugust 19, 2011We've patronized The Wheat Sheaf since first kid was born and it's always been a kid-friendly bar. The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is "corner bar" in the heart of now too-trendy King West.
- Nick DeesApril 7, 2017Oldest tavern in Toronto. Great place to watch the Leafs, Blue Jays or any other sports game.
- Do the wings. They are the best around town. Great value on their wing days too!
- Come for the game on Tuesday night, stay for the METAL! Sabbath, Maiden, GNR, Metallica, whatever change I can gather from my table. Until they hate me and shut me down. Wheeeee
- DeniseJanuary 12, 2013Good food and great looking historic building on the outside sadly the interior design is looking pretty rough. Bathrooms located in the basement which is not great for those with mobility issues.
- I'm not a big chicken wings fan usually but I do crave the Wheat Sheaf's. Greek salad is also awesome.
- Dave DunawayOctober 8, 2014Been drunk here so many times. .. good service, beer, wings. Great place to watch the hockey game.
- Ok, ladies. I know your boyfriends dragged you here to eat wings and watch hockey, and you think "omg hockey is boooring" but don't play pool in front of the big screen during third period, mmmkay?
- During a do-or-die game where the Leafs are fighting for a spot in the playoffs, try not to stand in front of the big screen adjusting your coat during a Leafs power play.
- RossAugust 2, 2013The staff here are fantastic. So friendly and remarkably patient. Never a complaint for 20 odd years with the staff. (We miss Beth!) The management, however, is atrocious. Not good with staff!
- Have to go with half price wings on Tuesdays. Sooo good.
- Cole KennedyNovember 30, 2022Decent spot to watch a game, as they have dozens of TVs and often play sound for big ones, but not sure I'd hang here much otherwise.
- Austin MiaoAugust 27, 2013Specials on wings every Monday night. Half price wings w a purchase of a drink
- Ask for your wings to be baked. You'll be happy you did. Also tell Marge Steamwhistle John says hi!
- Erika StrongNovember 23, 2013Things that don't work in the washroom: the doors, the mirrors, the paper towel dispenser, the hand dryer.
- Chris MutchJanuary 14, 2012The caesar is only 5/10. Wings baked well done are great. Best in the city.
- Excellent wings if you ask for them well done. Service can be so so unless you have Costa (mohawk). New TVs EVERYWHERE!!!
- Best wings in the city! And their half price sun - tues! Highly recommend!
- I love Zoro. He's the best server. Personable. Funny. Charming.
- Gene AbellaMay 22, 2011Make sure you get Zorro as you're server. That guy's cool as f**k. And half-price wings Sun.-Tues.!
- 1/2 price wings tues!! (be prepared to wait tho - gets busy!!) oh & no doggy baggies for the wings :(
- Mike MacFarlaneMarch 1, 2010AMAZING wings! Great place to veg with friends and have a few pints - definitely check it out Sunday - Tuesday for their wing specials. Top notch.
- Chris PavlovskiDecember 13, 2010Best wings in downtown Toronto. Half price on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays!
- Andrew BarkmanAugust 31, 2011For the seasoned winger, good quality but generally low heat wings. Suicide wings did not cause a shed tear around the table.
- The bathroom mirrors here make you look super tanned. So if you're pale as shit, come hang out here.
