Great bike service and friendly staff. Lifetime membership for just 20$ gives big discounts.
There is no return policy. Return anything, anytime, without question. If you're a member they will have all your purchases in the computer so you get your full purchase price back.

Become a member and get early access to their Garage Sale.
The REI membership is semi worth it. If you're interested in 2-3 sales every year.
