- Well-located and friendly gym with a loyal membership. But it’s too crowded for the “premium” cost. Pure Gym is an acceptable alternative. It’s certainly a much cheaper alternative.
- Having just left a very dynamic & innovative gym in E. London, am finding Virgin mediocre & the classes bland. Key to getting around this are instructors. Look for Sam, Zara or Jane on the timetable.
- Square BizAugust 22, 2014Great staff but the gym gone downhill - crap timetable with not enough variety. Cutting corners by providing KITCHEN ROLL to wipe down spin bikes - yes that's right!
- Enjoy Sunday swimming and hot tubbing. Club is clean and well run...mostly.
- Sams spinning classes on Monday night and saturday day will kill you but are the best!
- Ibrar AhmedJanuary 12, 2012Free weights section is tiny. Have to innovate with equipment to work most muscle groups
- Try Clare's rpm on a Friday evening and Monday evening!!!!!
- Mike DaviesMarch 4, 2011I thought this place was a bit too small and likely it would be difficult to get a machine in peak times. Pool area is fine though.
- Great gym, but they really need to stop playing Joe Mcelderry tunes!!! ;-)
- The gym floor is always dirty, the staff on reception are rude. Apart from that, if the aircon is working and the jacuzzi is working then its a good gym
- Stuart ThomsonSeptember 22, 2011Avoid! Far too many members and not enough equipment. Supposed to be a premium product but its not!
