The best breakfast burrito I have found in the area. Get it with bacon and sausage for good variety. Salsa on the side is ok but not great, use hot sauce instead. For a drink get the Mexican mocha.
Honestly the Early Riser is one of the best restaurant breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. Crispy bacon, fried egg and cheese perfection on a toasted piece of bread. Hearty Scramble. My suggestion, get the two egg scramble instead, if you're thinking of getting this plate. Mike AlvaradoJanuary 23, 2013Aren't Texas things supposed to be big? The Texas breakfast (2 eggs, sausage or bacon and a slice of toast) was SUPER TINY. Left hungry and it was too busy to order more food. Not worth the wait/$.
Rooster pm on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, saturday! It's amazing!
