The pretzel with bier cheese appetizers are quite tasty. The ribs were on-par with any other restaurant, and the chicken was pretty darn good.

The Works Burger and the Newport Sampler have to be tried here. It's good to experience once or twice but if you are looking for a really good bar that treats you right go to the lager house in Cincy instead.

Most of the servers are good, but if you need guidance you should ask for Parker. I'm guessing that this guy makes a small fortune in tips.

- Try these 2 food items some time & you can't go wrong: Newport Sampler & "The Works" Burger. The burger is ridiculous in size but amazing.

Mike DePietroJune 6, 20121.Sit outside in the Bier Garten 2.Order the Pretzels and Bier Cheese 3.Wash it down with the Weizen 4.Repeat #3 a few more times- They have really good beer and the service is pretty good. It's Kentucky so they allow smoking inside.
- They could learn a few things about hospitality. They close at 2am on Sat but the bar and the band stop at 1:30, they close the bathrooms off, force people to down their beers and kick everyone out.
Order your beer before 11 pm if you want it in a glass stein. Amateur hour starts at 11 & they switch to plastic cups
If you attempt to play the drums while the band is on a break, you'll get kicked out.
Gota dance on the tables if you are gonna go. Pretzels and mustard a must.
