- Hannah NicdaoSeptember 19, 2018Soooo cheap, simple, and delicious. Tuna don anywhere else for dinner would be upwards of $25, but here it’s $14! Good sake options too.
- Lunch special is a great deal. Salad. Miso soup. And a ton of fresh sushi and sashimi. Do an after market upgrade on the California roll ---> spicy tuna roll for $1 more
- Emily KaneOctober 25, 2016Seriously some of the most affordable sushi in the city. Ended up getting a bonus order of gyoza it was so delicious.
- Rollin LeeJuly 14, 2015It looks bad outside, but the food is nicer than you will think. The price is reasonable, and you do feel like you are at a small local Japanese restaurant in Japan.
- Nicky K.September 4, 2014The tofu salad with the miso mustard dressing is incredible. This place stands out in a neighborhood with sushi everywhere you look
- Corey DubbzNovember 21, 2017I noticed the items I ordered were on the lunch menu. (Paid full price). I brought to attention and was told a bs story. I asked for the items from the lunch menu. They put my soup in a coffee cup.
- Nate BeattyNovember 6, 2015Eat here for lunch so you can take advantage of the specials and low prices. Great value
- Mary LeeMay 2, 2014Outdoor seating on kenmare is fantastic - great people watching. Get an asahi on tap for $6 and sit back!
- Natalie LeMossDecember 16, 2018The Gyoza appetizer and Gary maki are so yummy. Very fresh and delicious sushi.
- Brynne ZJuly 3, 2013Get the lunch special, either a two or three roll special. Comes with miso and salad. Great value.
- This place has never steered me wrong. The only mistake I've made here was misjudging just how much sushi the dinner for two would be. It's HUEG.
- Luna JaySeptember 18, 2013Got Tofu Teriyaki Lunch special and I think that was the mistake :( Rice was ok, salad - never expect fresh one anyway, and tofu... were overly soft with way too oozy sweet sauce
- Ray LinJuly 3, 2013Pass on the ridiculous box sushi prices at nearby D&D, and go for the $8 lunch special here (two rolls, miso soup, salad) instead.
- Varun ShettySeptember 10, 2012Sushi was decent. Lunch special is a steal - $12 for 3 rolls, salad, and soup.
- Erin PettigrewMarch 8, 2010The lunch sets (bento box and/or 2-piece sushi) are good value. Max table size is a 4-top, though, so don't bring the whole office with you.
- The sushi won't blow your mind, but for such low prices, it's up to par.
- Amy San JuanApril 28, 2012Great prices and really fresh sushi. Went here for dinner, wasn't disappointed.
- Remember cash if your order is below $15! There's a card minimum
