Jessica Bridges (Salazar)February 19, 2013One of my least favorite Starbucks locations, set up isnt very cozy and I just find it difficult to get any work done with how loud the location is. Baristas are wonderful though.
New store layout is inviting, and they now have a ckover machine, worth a try, way better than a pour-over
New design rocks, always crowded but in the heart of Oakland plus near some cool spots and restaurants
Try the clover! Best cup of brewed coffee you can get anywhere!
The clover brews are superior, but boy that's an expensive cup of coffee.
I love this spot but the Internet here is spotty at best. You've been warned.

Raquel SantiagoJune 29, 2019Worst Customer service location I have EVER seen at any starbucks.30 minutes to get an order with no one there only to be told after waiting they are out so had to place a separate order still wrong
If you're in a hurry, this isn't the place to come. This is my neighborhood Starbucks, and they're pretty slow for such a popular location.
- If 911, doesnt respobd fast enough just come here, if you need oaklands finest, or chips. Just sayin.
- If you are so lucky to get Rick ( Ricky ) at the counter or coffee bar and he asks to help you, I would pass and wait for the next clerk, the guy is rude and just not nice
Know that they do not handle crowds well to slow.
