When getting on the Central Line eastbound, skip the short escalator at the bottom and take the stairs over by the westbound platform instead - you'll get to the platform faster!- If you're going to Wimbledon, walk right to the far end of the platform to be close to the exit when you get to your destination.
Mark BowermanOctober 10, 2009if you want to make a speedier transfer from the Central Line to the District/Circle Line go through the unmarked left archway before the final escalator up to street level. Woosh.

- the manhole in the middle of platform 2 of circle/district line is the closest to the exit when you arrive at paddington station
