- Charmtastic Mile BaltimoreDecember 13, 2017P.F. Chang's Inner Harbor on The Charm'tastic Mile has a nice lunch menu. The Honey Shrimp & Fried Rice was superb. The Colby Red Blend was a nice match with the meal. Their Dragon Roll is the best.
