- Juan GuardiolaApril 21, 2018Delicious. Excellent attention. Staff was very courteous. Decent price. Good beer and lots of parking spots around!!!
- Amanda C.January 15, 2018SO. FREAKING. GOOD. Some of the best fried pickles & wood grilled vegetables I have ever eaten, and the brisket sandwich (all jacked up) was fantastic. Great service, great food, and a fun atmosphere.
- Kevin DudleyApril 14, 2015I took the advice of so many and loved the burnt ends! Pimento cheese grits are to die for. Tomatoes & Cukes are a really good, fresh foil to meat and carbs. Fried pickles are the best I've had!
- Bill FeinbergOctober 5, 2019Great food and atmosphere. Located in downtown Alpharetta, seems like a hip area to spend some time. We were just passing thru and stumbled upon this place, but if you like Bar BQ, you will love it.
- Aubrey RamonMay 8, 2015Tastes even better than it smells which is impeccable! Haven't seen anything that didn't look divine. I hear the desserts are spectacular too! Highly recommended.
- All good. Hard to go wrong with any of the menu items. The location is a bonus to the menu with lots of things to do right outside the front door.
- Try the Burnt Ends, Fish Tacos, and of course the Fried Pickles.
- Kristin GirtonJune 28, 2012Fried pickles, tomatoes and cukes, and pimento cheese sandwich = perfect lunch! Great service. Large portions and great price!! Loved the atmosphere too!
- Awesome Alpharetta, Ga.March 26, 2014Award winning BBQ. Everything on the menu is amazing but definitely try the mac and cheese and the master pit salad.
- Dont sit up on the riser section by the window. Rushed to order, appetizer came with meal, short you on bread if at all and then rushed out without asking about desert. Sit anywhere else. He SUX.
- Tommy WandrumDecember 30, 2019The food was very good but it was expensive. I don't like the way options are on the menu. I can make better bbq at home for at least 1/4 the price.
- Tom RieckeJuly 23, 2015BBQ is very good BUT, parking is an absolute nightmare. Sat at the bar and the lone bartender was tasked with serving the entire bar and 8 tables. Not her fault but service was very slow.
- Kyle BonestellOctober 4, 2013I don't know about the fried pickles or the burnt ends (yet) but the Mojo Wings are a 10!
- Sum MehrnamaJanuary 30, 2012This is the best place to Om nom nom it up with fried pickles and grits. Burnt ends are solid too.
- Bev LukeFebruary 8, 2015Chicken and veggies are excellent, but the New Old Fashioned is a game changer.
- The New Years eve buffet is realy drawing a crowd. All the best that Smokejack offers is on the buffet and Scott thomson is the entertainment for the evevning. Happy New Year!
- Juha HarkonenMay 14, 2010Atlanta knows BBQ! Another fine example of superior southern cusine. Smoke Jack is a touch more refined than Swallow in the Hollow, but comparable in the most important way... the food. The restaurant
- Meridith WatsonJanuary 29, 2012Busy when we went.:-) the hostesses were sweet but frazzled and the attention we received from our server was sub par. Enjoyed the corn pudding and the pork ribs.
- Douglas KeithJuly 27, 2011If you are in a hurry, just ask. They will put you in the bar area, which is secluded, and it will be wicked fast. In and out in 18 Mins.
- Burnt ends are great but one of my favorite things is the tomato and cucumbers
- Mojo combo is great to share - 3 meats and 2 sides. Beef Brisket, Burnt ends, & 1 more Chicken, pork or double up.
- Briscut was very fatty. Usually better than this, needs to focus on quality and consistency.
- Order the Burnt End really good. The Gumbo is really great, maybe the best in the Atlanta area.
