Really excellent burger and fries, one of the best I’ve had!! P.S. Ask if you can go downstairs, there’s loads more seats down there, despite the hostess (upstairs) saying there was a wait.
They changed the mac and cheese! Now with green onions and bread crumbs. Still good, but it's no peas 'n baconmac 'n cheese. Cadillac Burger is perfectly cooked and has a hint of sweetness. Get it.
Had the best blue burger yet. The apple pie can be divided by two people and it's extremely hot. So I recommend an ice scoop of vanilla ice cream to cool it off.
Had lunch with my brother and sister here the other day. Food can take some time to come out as it's generally packed, but their burgers never disappoint. You can't leave a bite untouched here.
I work across the street and come here often. The bartenders always take care of me! Some of the best bartenders I've seen in the city! John is my man!
I'm not going to complain about the service, I'm complaining about the bad reviews. Service is spot on, food is amazing, and if it's too expensive you can get a circus animal grade burger at MdD's.
Great place for a pre or post performancecocktail served by an old-school bartender (although it gets really crowded), but we’d suggest going somewhere else to eat.
I'm shocked at the number of bad tips here. This is false. Yes, it gets crowded and the service can get overwhelmed, but that's par for the course with any famous NYC jaunt. Come on a quiet night.
Food good. Decent price for it. Ribs are amazing. So is the Mac and cheese. So is the bread pudding. Really. Try it. And our server was great. Thanks Talya for a great dinner
I truly saw nothing special in this joint. I've also been to the classic one on the East Side too, and the ones in my hometown (São Paulo). Overpriced and puzzling menu. The atmosphere is great tho.
The food is good, just had bad luck with the server. Just because we were rolling w/ a younger crowd doesn't make it ok to say that you "royally screwed up our table." I would have added the 20%, too!
Food is pretty good pub fare but PJ's has gotten fairlypricey in the last couple of years. Beware the fish "taco" appetizer, which is roughly 2 teaspoons of tuna on a sprinkling of crumbled Fritos.
P.J. Clarke’s Lincoln Square sits next to one of New York City’s cultural meccas – Lincoln Center – and draws a vibrant mix of performers, stage hands, musicians, and locals.
Step inside and you are likely to be sharing the bar with some of the same people that you just watched on stage.
