This is the mothership for Solly's, which has two other Vancouver locations. It's a big space with lots of seating and the bakery in the back. These are the best bagels in the region.Upvoted Feb 26- The bagels at this place are exceptionally flavourful. These aren't fluffy, bready bagels - the have bite, crunch, and flavour. This location is the mother ship - quite spacious.

Eve RickertDecember 16, 2013Hot pastrami sandwich was meh. Chicken soup & pickle were barely edible. I remember the food here being better. Maybe they do sweet better than savoury?

Some (not all) of the staff here can be so rude! I approached the sandwich counter & the lady turned her hand at me! Afterward I was given a sandwich with sliced bread ENDS when I asked for a bagel.

Jimmy DarbyshireSeptember 20, 2011I am surprised that this place has not gone out of business based on the female owner/manager. Its called customer service. Took nearly 15 minutes to get a plain bagel and cream cheese. Never again
