Steener MartinAugust 21, 2013This place is an awesome find. It looks very modest and small on the outside, but when you walk in? Amazing! Chill spot that's got a lot of comfy space. Great for late night studying.
The food and drinks here are decent though not amazing. But it’s spacious in the front and back. You can always grab a seat and work here when other cafes are full. Occasional outlets too!

Parking is crazy. Drinks are solid. One of the only places to do some late work in Berkeley.- The front is like a college study hall. The back is like an old-folks retirement community cafe.

There are actually plenty of public outlets here for charging your laptop now.
Don't get coffee here (it doesn't compare to Phil's etc). Get Irish coffee.
