Really good food. An interesting blend of Tex-Mex and Cajun cooking. Get one of their margaritas while you wait. Very busy on the weekend!

The catfish is awesome and the margaritas are so fresh!- One of the best lunch spots in Burlington, by far. Sure beats the Mediocre Macaroni Grill and various others like Chili's and the Cheesecake Factory

The Crawfish Etouffee is their best dish, and comes with great cornbread. You can ask for it spicy. The Harvard Square location is way better however.
If you have little kids, go right at 5 o'clock. The place is packed with young families. And make sure you get a (huge) glass of sangria to enjoy on your "family night out."

Blackened Chicken Fajitas are by far the best thing on the menu, in my opinion. Some of the best fajitas I've ever had.- Literally everything is good here. I love the chicken burro and the blackened chicken fajitas!
Laid back atmosphere and very reasonably priced! Never too bad of a wait. Great vegetarian selection!
