Dudes, try not to get caught singing Katy Perry's, "ET"---even though it is a very catchy tune..;) Other than that, try to remember your socks!- If you are in need of a trainer, make an appt with Jen Becker. Also, always get a eucalyptus towel after your work out.
- Julie Bellis is an AMAZING instructor! Her classes an absolute go to and very results driven.
A little light on weights, but an outstanding atmosphere. You never want to leave, which makes working out pretty easy.
