Dr. Karl A. Smith DDSFebruary 7, 2012AppleCare warranty: I found out it would not cover a crack in the MacBook screen. When I protested and mentioned that I might sue Apple the service tech DJ said he could not help me get it fixed!
Check your repair in-store with one of their specialists next to you before you sign off. Make them wait while you boot up and confirm everything was done correctly.

Wear pads, it's hard to move around with all the customers.
