If there's no one at the register... The staff will literally ignore you for like 2-3 minutes before someone comes over to the register to take your order...- Super packed and super busy during the weekday lunch hour! Def call ahead to have your food ready so you don't waste your break waiting in line

High chairs are in the way back where you pick up food. Also near the lounge chairs in the front space.

I just got an green iced tea, & it looked like a frozen drink. The manager said rudely that it was the end,& stirring. I left, & it tastes nasty!
They keep the AC on way too high here. Bring a sweater, even in the summer!
Jeannine LalondeSeptember 13, 2010Worse Panera I've ever been to. No diet soda (after 15 minutes of waiting, they told three people waiting that there was none left) no apples, don't offer all the usual "u pick two" options.
