Yesterday I made an appointment for today at 12:15 online. I was on time and they didn't help me until 12:45. Then told me there was no problem with my phone!
Always running behind with there service appointments but once you talk to someone they are great. Out of the last 5 times I have been here had to wait at least 30 min past appointment time.
We arrived to the shop, wanting to buy a new iPhone, and they switched almost 5 representative till we got our phone. We had to wait more than two hours to leave the store.Worst experience ever !!!!!
Don’t go to this Apple store. They customer service is terrible. They don’t focus on one person and if they can’t figure it out they ready to throw in the towel.

If you come when there is no one customer service is great. If you come when it is at all busy this place sucks. Bad enough that I had someone ask me if I worked there
