Such negativity on most of these posts but my experience lately is that the staff here is awesome. Eric is my favorite he knows what I order everyday an rarely wait for anything

Great remodel and the female manager on thursday mornings is phenomenal. I'll ask her name next time!
Go to the Starbucks on Hudson instead. The walk might be longer but you'll make up the time because the wait is so much shorter.

Grab a bag of Apple-2-the-core from the basket next to the line. They are sooo delish!!
The worst Starbucks I've been in. Unfortunately it's my closest to work, so I still use it, but the staff are miserable (verging on rude) and disorganized.- In the morning, this place can be pretty awful. But in the afternoon, it's only slightly terrible, so pick your battles.

The only thing they *might* get right here is black coffee.
