Seriously one of the better locations in the Daly City/SF area. Great staff, tons of parking, and enough equipment to go around!
Guess I should waited till this afternoon. Heaven only knows no one wants to work out during football! My had on that.
The water fountain by the squat rack is colder than the water fountain by the women's locker room
- Andrew does have a really great TKB class if u wanna burn a good 800 cals and have fun doing it
- Trainer bootcamp on Saturday is awesome, it'll totally kick your butt.
