- Brianne Beck CurtisSeptember 27, 2013Delicious, great priced country breakfast! Make sure you get Sam's special coffee- half vanilla nut coffee, half hot chocolate, 100% incredible.
- Alexandra E.May 17, 2013Great little place! Cash only... so it is cheap. The 'build your own breakfast' is fantastic, there are so many choices! Delicious homemade biscuits and hash.
- Really great service here. And they do a nice job at consistently delivering an egg poached medium for their Eggs Benedict!
- Denean R.June 20, 20141st I must say the food is good n the prices are right BUT the service SUCKS w/the exception 1 waitress who was pretty nice. I stood for 20 min without being help. Looks like it will be take out only.
- albert ocampoOctober 7, 2014Cheap & good living hand in hand in a small-town diner style atmosphere that manages to be cute, not kitschy or overwrought. They have perfected the hash brown, by the way.
- Opens at 7am. Bring coins to feed the meter. Cash only. If it's busy, sign in at the front "hostess" stand. They automatically split the bill per person. Fast service. Great food. No frills. No fuss.
- Love eating here - the dishes are not tiny and the food is good for a reasonable price. The best in Culver City - Cash Only keeps the cost down :)
- James WadeAugust 7, 2014Order the pancakes or French toast... Skip the eggs and save room for the pork sausage patties & hash browns!
- HopeMay 21, 2011The Build-a-Breakfasts can get pretty huge. Don't be afraid to split w/ a friend! That said, it's pretty awesome to have 3 items + toast all to yourself for $8.
- Bring cash. Get ready for GREAT coffee and country style breakfast. Buckwheat pancakes are delicious and so is the grilled or country-style chicken and eggs. Who cares which came first- just get here!
- Lindsey ChenApril 16, 2010Get the homemade corned beef and hash and order bacon and hash brown on the sides. Don't forget cash - they don't take credit cards. Also, make sure you get there early on the weekends to avoid lines.
- Isabella PetriniSeptember 27, 2013This is one of the best breakfast joints in LA. It's only open a couple hours a day, so come early!
- Jami D.February 19, 2018Everything here is amazing, but I am partial to their breakfast and their pancakes!

- Chéri Washburn-WallinJuly 26, 2015Great service , staff very friendly. Great atmosphere. Prices are average. Full French Toast is SMALL. portions are on the small side. The omelet was OK but potatoes were dry. I would not recommend.
- Be sure to try their county biscuits and gravy. Delicious!
- Best wait staff in town. But bring cash, that's all they take (ATMs across the street if you're stuck).
- Very informal. Have diner expectations and you'll be overjoyed. Breakfast FTW BTW.
- Their diner coffee is surprisingly good, bacon/eggs/French toast never goes wrong. But stay away from the biscuits! They're square...
- My favorite breakfast spot! Eggs Benny! Pancakes! Best breakfast in LA!
- Joe RockhillMarch 17, 2013You get what you pay for. Quick, cheap breakfast. Biscuits and gravy disappointing...less biscuit and more fluffy bread.

- Jason LukJuly 6, 2013Skip the scrambles and ommlettes as they taste like airplane food but don't pass up the pancakes!
- Love their breakfast but be ready to wait for a seat...
- Kevin HartJune 8, 2016Yet another mediocre diner that gets by on its attempt to re-create life in the 50s or something. They're so out of touch with reality that they don't even accept credit cards. Like, what gives?
- Charm B. TrippinFebruary 27, 2011The biscuits are a monsterous square mound of fluff with a side of whipped butter.
- Cash only. Vintage Diner vibe. Great food. Friendliest staff.
- A classic diner that makes a perfect grilled cheese and curly fries.
- Best coffee, INCREDIBLE breakfasts, great burgers, and bet-you-can't-resist curly fries. Go today.
