Staff is great (night staff included). They sometimes run out of iced coffee, which is frustrating, but I've experienced great service here.

TeeFebruary 21, 2013WORST STARBUCKS EVER! Coffee taste is off every day --- do they wash the pots? Rude rushed staff. Overcrowded. Not the Starbucks to choose if you want their great coffee and relaxing atmosphere.
Tracey BSeptember 11, 2013The service was fine but the seating is extremely limited. There's only about 10 seats.- This has become the worst Starbucks in the area. New staff are way too slow. There is a line out the door everyday. Plan on waiting for at least 10 minutes to order.

Once you achieve "regular" status, this place is great.

What a terrible Starbucks. Employees are rude and unhelpful. 20 minutes to produce a skim latte, and that was done grudgingly after asked if the order had been placed.- Alex WenSeptember 21, 2013Not sure why my drink cup was written on using white-out. Now I have wet white-out all over my hands.
It never fails that they are slow and mildly rude every time I come here. But I can always find a seat...
