- Benjamin MAugust 26, 2016Very good pizza- we got both the truffle shuffle and plain cheese which was anything but plain- very flavorful cheese and a really good tomato sauce along with a crispy crust. Oh yea- beer is solid
- The menu says, pizza done the way it's done in New Haven, Conn, the pizza capital of the world. Ask your waiter if this statement is a joke that went over your head.
- Stephanie CJuly 14, 2013Their pizza crust is excellent! The "handles" are nice and bubbly and the dough under the toppings is thin and strong enough to keep its shape when picking it up. No doughy, undercooked crusts here!
- meganMarch 30, 2014Best pepperoni pizza I've ever had. Worth the drive (with amazing views) from Portland. Oh yeah, and the beer is good too.
- Shawn PurnellMay 26, 2016The Jersey Sub was authentic, they even import amoroso rolls from Philadelphia. This New Jersyan was impressed. Amazing IPA called "Clusterf*ck"! I shall return.
- Best live music in Hood River. Frequent, free, and eclectic. Cajun zydeco, country western, jam bands, rock.
- Gloria ArchuletaJune 20, 2014Awesome beer, try Hop Lava! Stick with the pizza, yum! I've tried a couple sandwiches- Gross flour top bread is like eating a powdered donut, that much flour is not tasty. Ewww
- Jim HoskinsJune 19, 2014Great pizza. Placement if pizza on the table racks is inconsistent and confusing. A beer was brought to us for the table to share, and taken away when we couldn't decide who should sip first. 6/8stars
- Matthew NeidichJanuary 30, 2012Pizza and beer are worth the drive from Portland. Can't go wrong with the Mushroom Pizza and a pint of the IRA or the Vaporizer
- Adam SimpsonJuly 6, 2013Take the first Saturday of the Month Tour of the brewery.Very educational, very tasty, very fun.And it's hosted by a brewer.Reserve a spot: tours@doublemountainbrewery.com
- Alex BrehmOctober 19, 2014If you want pizza and beer, this is your place. If you want burgers and beer, walk across the street to Full Sail.
- Portland MonthlyMarch 9, 2011A post–Gorge adventure pit stop at Double Mountain’s woody, friendly taproom in downtown Hood River brings a welcome surprise: some of the finest pizza within dough-tossing distance of Portland. Read more
- Val SelbyMay 21, 2013Kitchen is very slow and seems to only be able to do one thing at a time. However, the food and pizza were awesome so you have to weigh that. Our group of 8, really liked the beer here.
- Stephanie CJuly 14, 2013The $5 side Caesar was fine, but not great. It wasn't very cold; not enough dressing or cheese; and it could use some lemon, pepper and garlic. They didn't offer pepper & it's not even on the table.
- Brook HarrisAugust 15, 2013Try the Heirloom Pizza - Best looking pizza ever. Taste as good at it looks! Love this place...
- Nikki DreamsSeptember 18, 2016Devil's Kreik Cherry Sour. Drink it and be happy. #beer #sourbeer #doublemountain
- C.M. HamiltonOctober 11, 2015Enjoyed a beer sampler and a truffle shuffle pizza. The crust was awesome!
- The Vaporizer is a fantastic pale ale. Also loved the Truffle Shuffle pizza.
- Josh PatriceApril 2, 2011Great beer, great pizza, great service!! A definite step up from the last time I was here. Top notch!
- Todd HerringMarch 24, 2012Try the Peche Mode - not too tart. Very refreshing. Great spring / smear beer!
- Charles AugelloAugust 14, 2012The two sour ales are delicious, but beware, they're sweet and strong.
