- Luciana WDecember 21, 2013If you want to know what Brazilians eat every morning or if you are Brazilian and miss your daily breakfast, order the "Pingado": sliced French bread w/ butter served w/ coffee & warm milk. Saudades..
- Marrield BerryDecember 31, 2014Got to get here early or expect to wait at least 45 min on the weekends... 20 on weekdays. The parking lot fits 5 cars only so make sure to wear walking shoes bc parking on the street is limited.
- Josh ChanAugust 7, 2014Fantastic cavalos. Try the avocado cavalo for a light breakfast. Acai bowl is always great as are all the smoothies. Parking lot is small and has a very small single lane driveway.
- Avocado a cavalo with TOFU! You get some melted cheese AND zucchini that is marinated in the same deliciousness as the tofu. Add an acai smoothie and you're in nutrients heaven.
- JadeApril 6, 2014They are now open until 5pm everyday. Call ahead to pick up your order and eat it somewhere else to avoid the line-up! You never have to wait to get an acai smoothie or bowl though.
- Carolina RevillaOctober 13, 2014Had the beef a cavalier, was delicious. I recommend this dish. The bacon is also great. Awesome breakfast spot. Parking in the back.
- ReinhartApril 1, 2018Great service, everyone here works their butts off. Had the Greek scramble and Acai Smoothie. Both very solid.

- NmMarch 15, 2016"Fish Polenta" was average but unique .. Found the restaurant a little bit overrated .. It seems that rates are based on breakfast ..
- Gaia DempseyDecember 28, 2011Best breakfast in SC. Everything is good. For subtle deliciousness get the vanana smoothie -- it's killer.
- Can't go wrong with an Acai bowl and avocado a cavalo
- Best feijoada ever! This place should be a national landmark.
- Allen WagnerOctober 30, 2010Instead of being patient, get there before nine... Also the Beef A Cavalo is awesome.
- Get their pagado, and spend 30 minutes pretending you're in South America by beautiful oceans and friendly people.
- Courtney McIntyreFebruary 6, 2010Go to Cafe Brasil. Get an Acai bowl (Jr.) and an Orfeu Negru. Trust me. It's worth the effort. And the wait.
- Kara McCainFebruary 21, 2010The Gallo Pinto is just like breakfast in Costa Rica. Must try, it's awesome!
- Eddie MachinApril 21, 2014I was so excited about this place until I found an insect leg, possibly cockroach, in my food. I reported it and they tried to convince me that it was "an onion" instead.
- Maria SimbirskyMarch 21, 2010Don't worry about the wait. Pass the time with friends while sipping smoothies and coffee on the patio.
- Emmalouise BrownJuly 28, 2014Acai Bowl is the only good thing going for this place. All breakfast items were under seasoned and had no flavor. Over hyped.
