Like the facility and the staff does a great job. Only thing that is bothersome is new people using the squat racks to do curls, see it way too frequently. Smh

Big gym, lots of equipment, and plenty of parking. Can be crowded during normally off peak times including at 11 pm with a line to take a shower.- Tom ANovember 14, 2014This particular super sport loves up to the name. Plenty of equipment, repaired, new machines and well cleaned. Great leg workout.
Towel service is worth it, and this club has the most amenities to offer in the Bay Area for the price
Huge parking lot for your camper or to park your car for days. Sleep under the trees by bay 101 for less people and no freeway noise.
Hog the machines for as long as you can. You can sit at them browse the internet on your phone, bonus if you can take up two machines
8-10am is a great time to come. Good amount of people and you don't have to wait for your machine to be free.
The facility is great but wish they would curb the number of people using the parking lot as a campsite.
Come during peak hours. You have to park soooo far that if you run to front door and back to car you got your work out done without going inside gym.
Best to clean your machine BEFORE you use it, because apparently nobody here realizes you're supposed to wipe it down when you're done sweating all over.- Love the separate steam, sauna & jacuzzi for men and women. Never thought I'd even THINK this... But it ain't college anymore :)
Body wash is provided in the showers but sometimes you don't find out the dispenser is empty until it's too late. Being your own shower supplies in with you as a backup plan.- Be sure to use your back and swing weights that are very heavy. You have to throw them at the ground, not just drop them, when you re done.
- park really far to get a mini workout before getting to the gym (so I can get a very close parking spot) :P
- Sure, the towel service is cool. Just think of how many people parts those towels have touched.
- Electrical outlets are conveniently located inside by the couch to charge your phone.
This gym is awesome...great to workout in and it doesn't feel like a meat market.
Pwrfect time to come is after 10pm. No wait for pool and plenty of towels :)
After work parking is INSANE. Plan on 10-15 minutes to viciously stalk people for a spot.- People love to motivate you by working out within 2 feet of your personal space.
- No staff in the early hours. Get here early so you can sneak in and use the shower.
It's highly annoying not to mention unproductive to be on your phone while working out next to someone.
Staff at kids club is great. The free kids club access is lame. Makes the rest of us who pay wait longer. Totally get the purpose, but come on-enough free access.
If you come here after 5pm on the weekdays, just park on the backside beside the Extended Stay. Trust me.
Dear man on the rowing machine next to me, get off of your angry phone call and row. It's a gym!- Wash your clothes in the whirl pool and dry them in the steam room.

Monday morning 6AM "cycle" class kicks ass! Get there early and sign up at the front desk because the class gets full.
In theory, it is safer to park your car in the Bay101 parking lot which monitored and patrolled by security.
Come at 2am on a weekday & you have the gym to yourself
Great motivation seeing so many people in the 6 am cycling class on Mondays.
- For some hot parking lot fun, look for the red Toyota truck with the camper.
I love the jacuzzi and they change the water every Monday.- Overnight and long term parking allowed. Plenty of room for your camper or RV.
The people who workout here are rude. Join a different gym if you're serious about fitness.
- Lose your home or your job? No big deal! Live here and all you have to pay is your monthly gym dues to shower.

Parking is a mess here all the time. They need to put all those membership fees to use and fix the parking situation.- Don't cover your mouth when you cough, everyone needs your germs.
