One of the rare places in NY that serves Beluga vodka. Combine it with pelmeni (Russian dumplings) and life is wonderful!

We loved the dumplings, zucchini pancakes, marinated mushrooms, and the smoked salmon and caviar with crepes were outstanding. Great cocktails too!

Make a reservation, and enjoy the Russian Table for two! The food is off the charts – order the Pelmeni, the Beef Stroganoff and Rabbit Stew. We’re coming for brunch soon!

According to my Russian friend, it felt like we were inside her grandma's home. Decor is really cool, and wait staff friendly. Very high quality and delicious food. The pelmeni are a must-order.

I'm not super familiar with Russian food, so cannot speak to the authenticity, but everything we ordered was delicious. Cured herring & pirozhok were great, but the horseradish vodka was the standout!

As a Russian who grew up on Russian food, Mari Vanna is the only Russian restaurant that comes slightly close to what my mother cooks. Highly recommended.

Come here for the ambiance, the food less so. It's a really fun ambiance (live music), with kitschy decor. Potato salad and herring are misses; the borscht, tasty.

I like the russian transplant - almost as good as the moscow (semi) original. Liked the pelmeni, the caviar, as well as the cocktails. Seems to be a bit of a pickup place, but did not really test it

The most adorable Russian restaurant ever - Russian newspapers as wallpaper, flower pots at the entrance, and wood backed dining room chairs. Feels like a life-sized dollhouse. Try the borscht!
