Kip's cleaned up its act! I mean, it's still a dive, but they have a solid craft beer selection and serviceable pub grub. Can get fratty, but is relaxed in the early evening.

Pretty good beer, but their cocktail Green Kipper tasted like medicine syrup. They have a decent performance-style karaoke in the inner corner.

The Brothers at Alpha Delta Delta love Kip's on weekend nights and gameday celebrations. Several alumni happen to work here so ask for a Chi Psi when you're there.
