This Starbucks makes the BEST frap!!! Ice to coffee ratio on point... has a kind of a slushie texture to it. I'm hooked!!!
Consistent with inventory issues. No half and half, napkins, small straws, flat lids, ice, etc.
People are constantly taking the wrong drink. Make sure it's the right drink before you start slurping it.

Iced Venti Skinny Caramel Macchiato. My drink for the last I don't know, 15 years. Never goes out of style and it's so much better iced than it is hot.
Siobhan LynchApril 20, 2010This Starbucks is right across and down the street from "Watch Me Grow" - the best Occupational and Physical Therapy for kids that I know of. We stop here for coffee or a passion tea before OT.
Beware: if you're planning on working on your laptop they have ZERO outlets available. Come charged.

the outdoor construction made it scary to walk in! I thought a crane was going to crash down on my head. the counter with the milks and straws was FILTHY as well.

Apparently they're ranked the best customer service out of all the Starbucks in manhattan
