If you want something hot during the winter without the caffeine, get the vanilla steamer with whip cream. Hot version of the vanilla frap.

My favorite Starbucks in Philadelphia (cozy)…. Be mainly because of the view (walnut st) and (16th st).

The staff are some of the nicest in the city but this location is an unmitigated disaster. They hadn't made my order right once in weeks. Try 15th and Market or 19th and Chestnut instead.

The worst Starbucks that I've been to. Lines are super long because of reason. Inefficient. Go to other starbucks if you want an at least okay experience.

Staff is generally nice but definitely slow. If you're in a rush, don't be surprised if you end up late.
