Highest quality at the heart of the Venetian resort, attentive service and a dessert to die for (“Banana Cream Pie”). Must try’s include snake riverfarms American Wagyu & the Yukon Gold potato purée
One of the best meals I have ever had. Ordered the steaktasting menu (dry-aged, American Wagyu & Japanese Wagyu) and it was amazing. Best way to compare the 3 and their different taste.
All of the steaks and sauce accompaniments are out of this world, as is the lobster mac and cheese. Very extensive wine list, but definitely on the pricier side overall, even for Las Vegas.
I don't say this easily, but this was the best meal I have had in at least the last 5 years. The drinks, the bread, the appetizers, the entrée, the sides.... The bomb. Expensive but kinda worth it.
I know you love meat, but don't skip out on the appetizers & sides! Bone marrow flan and mac & cheese are fantastic. If you are small+cheap (like me!), go for the 6 oz. American Wagyu filet mignon.
The wagyu is out of this world. Amazing variety of steaks (tried most of the menu and EVERYTHING is great). The service is off the charts. A must when in Vegas!!
Wolfgang Puck’s best restaurant in Las Vegas serves up a mean bone marrow flan. Critics consider this one of the best steakhouses in town. [Eater 38 Member] Read more
Second time here and again amazing service and meal. Indian Short rib was out of this world chocolate soufflé is still magical. Food and service make the cost well worth it.
good meat but not comparable with cut Singapore with an extraordinary service level! Las Vegas is to noisy. Vegas guests do not have any style or manners!!! Shorts and hats are definitely a no go!
Secure some much-deserved solitude and book CUT's private group dining space, a luxurious retreat with a fully retractable bronze glass wall that opens to reveal a contemporarywine display.
There are no guilty pleasures, only sinful indulgence, so CUT to the chase and indulge in a delectable dessert - like the Blenheim apricot and blackberry toasted almond crumble with almondgelato.
While the steak entrees may make your mouth water (esp the Tasting of New York Sirloin option), don’t sleep on appetizers & sides like Bone Marrow Flan, Maple Glazed Pork Belly or Matsutake Mushrooms. Read more
We really do love our meats as they pair perfectly with out house-made sauce, but our appetizers and side dishes really do complete this delicious meal. Try and save room for it all!
Beautiful steaks, attentive service, but you will pay for it. Food was very good, but even for Vegas - its overpriced. You might consider another place.
Over promised and under delivered. Shmancy beef was OK, not spectacular, sprouts undercooked, knife kept falling off plate. Then the soufflé came. Spectacular!
Do not ignore the appetizers and side dishes. Beef is what you want to eat, but there are plenty of other wonderful dishes to try too. -Gail Simmons, Top Chef
Only had the steak but it was deeeericious. I didn't add the sea salt cause it was already seasoned enough. The pretzel bread was good and the cheese was awesome.
