- Try the 1999 Neibaum-Coppola Rubicon Cabernet Sauvignon - Thanks to my brother Albert for bringing this wine to share over dinner. Rich, deep red fruit. Hints of tobacco & mocha. Relaxed tannins. Mmmm

- Try the pineapple upside-down cake - Just the right amount of sweetness. Lovely take on an old favorite.
Penne al forno hits the spot on a cold winter night!
