This location is *always* busy and the small parking lot can be difficult to get in and out of. That said, staff is super friendly and my beverage always tastes great!
Whatever you do, get LIGHT ICE on your iced drinks! Unless you want a whole cup of ice left in your cup after you downed your drink.- Be careful parking alongside the building on Patten St; a friend of mine got a ticket. Make sure to park on the opposite side.

The parking is rumored to be awful, but you can park on a side street as a last resort.
