If you have a promotion that requires customer service to push more than one button, they won't honor it. So now I am not only a former employee of this corporation, but also a former customer. :)
Probably my favorite Austin location however upon my visit on 6/25/2010 I wasn't greeted or acknowledged by anyone on the mobile phone department. Such a shame.
The manager, Michelle, is the worst person I have ever dealt with. She is rude and does not understand customer service. When I asked for other options or mgmt, she referred me to their 800 #.
