- Denver WestwordAugust 13, 2014Chez Thuy's menu is a history lesson told in food, the room a casually shabby clearinghouse of a thousand spices, the board reflecting a mingling of the French and Vietnamese obsessions with dining. Read more
- Michael MarcusDecember 26, 2012Food is amazing. Medium Pho is enough Pho 3 people at least! Good spring rolls, not sure I'd say the best peanut sauce ever, but good !!
- AlexAugust 21, 2014Fantastic food, great atmosphere and wait staff. But don't expect a lot of smiles. Try their Vietnamese coffee to give your afternoon a jolt.
- The Pho is delicious, and only comes in 2 sizes: medium and large, both of which are pretty big!
- The grilled appetizer (I like the beef) makes an excellent entree and is enough to split with someone else.

- Seriously, get the Vietnamese stuffed grape leaves off the chef's specialty section. Amazing!
- Eugene WanDecember 1, 2014Huge menu paired with authentic offerings. Great place to satisfy Asian food cravings, whether that's pho or sesame chicken.
- James ClarkJanuary 23, 2012The Rice Hot Pot - way super yum. Start with the veggie spring rolls with peanut sauce.
- The Pho here beats the crap out of Black Pepper Pho down the street. I think I'm in heaven.
- The fresh coconut drink is yummy-yummy delicious with real tender coconut chunks !
- The "medium" Pho is so large it should come with a drowning warning.
- Gots to check out the spring rolls, the peanut sauce is delicious.
- Doris MullenDecember 10, 2015The sesame tofu sauce tasted off! The bill was $10 higher than should be til I complained. Careful what you order
- KamJuly 27, 2010Best peanut sauce in the world....perhaps the universe. Order veggie spring rolls & dip away!
- Young KimDecember 28, 2012Quality has gone down. Sesame beef and crab cheese wontons tasted like it was frozen and then refried, and the sauce tasted funky. They serve brown rice with pad thai, Why? And it was bland as hell.
- Adrian ByeSeptember 18, 2010I told them I could time travel per @pugofwar and they looked at me like I was insane
