Spiaggia offers two 5 or 8 course tasting menus or an a la carte option (3 courses suggested). The plates are exquisite in both taste & aesthetics. The staff is friendly & extremely accommodating.

My absolute favorite restaurant in the entire United States. The service is divine. And so is the menu. Our experience included Colorado lamb chops, fluffy gnocchi and a mascarpone dessert to die for.

I wouldn’t mind a pretentious menu if the food was decent. But the agnolotti was a weird combination of gummy and undercooked. Not sure how they managed something so contradictory but they did.

Be sure to try the ne Birre Artiginale menu featuring craft beers from Italy. I'm sampling the Re Ale Birra del Borgo with flavors of baked orange and a caramel honey finish.
