Pork chops over rice are the obvious but damn, that fried chicken is the star! Indulge in a side of the wontons in spicy oil, find a nice corner, and let yourself go to town... CHINA-town 😉😑😂

As its name so eloquently suggests, this place has some excellent. pork. chops. Order the pork chop over rice ($5.25), throw a marinated egg in the mix, and add a dash of soy sauce. Instant ecstasy. Read more

There's a bold claim in its name, and EPCH delivers... deliciously. No need to pour over the menu here. The Pork Chop Over Rice is everything that it is. Add a marinated egg, because you're worth it.

Perfect Taiwanese find: Chicken leg over rice was the winning dish.Get a side of pork chops since it is a pork chop house, but that chicken leg had that perfect balance between crisp & tender going on

The pork chop over rice is perfect. The meat is juicy and tasty. The pickled veggies balance the pork and enhance the rice. Excellent. The beef noodle soup is good but soup is too salty on its own.

Hidden gem in Chinatown. Cheap, big portion and delicious. Recommend chicken and pickle rice, wonton and Taiwanese friend chicken.

The Taiwanese pork chop (yeah the name of the place gives it away) is what you should get. Make sure to eat the hot sauce there - think it's a black bean hot sauce and it makes your whole meal better

LOVE the pork chop (the chicken leg is just as good) noodles (soup or dry, sans the sour veggies), wontons in spicy oil, and Taiwanese ice with black jelly, taro balls, small red beans, and peanuts!

food here isn't mind blowing, but great value. the taro based desserts (e.g. 芋圆烧仙草) on the other hand are surprisingly good for NY.

Make sure to add an egg to your chop. The garlic cucumbers are so refreshing; the jellyfish appetizer has cucumber mixed in already.

The Pork Chop here is done expertly; crisp and well-seasoned, but a tender interior. Over pickled vegetables and white rice, it makes for a filling bowl.

One of the few Taiwanese places in Manhattan. Most authentic of them all. Their soup and dry noodle (乾麵) combo is a good deal.
