Be nice to the genius, I had a 4:00 appointment, arrived at 4:02 and was out the door with my problem fixed by 4:16.- Genius Bar Rocks...I have always spoken with a friendly, knowledgeable person who actually cares that my situation is taken care of. Online reservations are great feature
