Huevos rancheros are pretty damn good. One of the best, no frill versions I've had. Great for a quiet breakfast food lunch or on a rainy day

The porkbelly Benedict is tasty !! Perfectly poached eggs. 10 years of consistency. (Even through owner changes)

Italian Eggs Benedict are phenomenal. A mixture of poached eggs, hollandaise, prosciutto, and pesto on a potato bun. Amazing!!!!!!!!!
