Food is uniformly tasty. Anything with pulled pork is great. Drinks are well made. Staff is cool. Kinda pricey, happy hour isn't great, and clientele is more annoying than any other 90042 bar.

Spicy fried garbanzo beans and a couple of ciders. Love The York when it's slow. Good food base before you go to Johnny's. If you frequent Highland Park you know what I mean. ;)
