Rockefeller Center is the hub of Manhattan! It's the place to be and centrally located to almost everything. Packed with people all the time but the crowd is part of its essence

MEL BROWN STUDIOSAugust 24, 2014Got to see some pretty awesome people on set. Security is tight And there is a no photo policy but hey. That's life :) definitely worth a visit even as a tourist. Such a beautiful deco building!

Come here to do the things that you've always wanted to do as a New Yorker but have always avoided because of tourists - ice skating, Top of the Rock, the tree lighting...the list goes on.

AllieFebruary 11, 2014If you're visiting for the holiday display, go early in the morning (like before 9am) and it will be comparatively calm (for New York). It looks bigger on tv.... But still pretty.
Robert PJuly 9, 2012It's tricky to get decent photos due to reflections from the anti-suicide Perspex. You can get a small lens between the panels but anything bigger and you'll have to try your luck on the top deck.
