Some of the best burgers and fries I've had in the Bay Area. Go for onion strings or fried egg (or the hard-boiled ones) on your burger, and try the 50-50 of regular and sweet potato fries.
Anya ChernyshovaSeptember 18, 2012Sweet potato fries are a must, ask for a small if by yourself. 1/3 lb beef is a lot, but leftover burger is just as good the next day. Good wine & beer, and awesome desserts, too (malts are great)!

Their custom built burgers are awesome.- Regular and sweet potato fries are amazing and they have the only onion strings in the world that I actually like. The shakes are really good too but I prefer to save room for the rest.
The Bison burger is worth the extra cost and the guacamole here is excellent. Sweet potato fries are thin and crispy with an excellent dipping sauce.

Word to the wise: Make sure you use the bathroom before going to the Counter, as the facilities here could use a total makeover. The food, however, is excellent.

Their sweet potato fried are delicious- but only when eaten in the restaurant. When you get them to go, they're usually really soggy.
Saturday night there is full service outdoors (usually it's take away service) and the heaters are on.
