On weekends, if the main dining area has a long line for dim sum, you can walk to the other side of the restaurant to find a not-too-fancy dining area (Also called Joy Luck) to enjoy the same food.

Super Dim sum! Seafood in tanks in the wall at the back - wave at them before you eat them.

BIG portion! Ordered salty fish & chicken fried rice and it was good for 4 people! Seems like a good place to have an event. Will try their dim sum next time!

Get the lobster noodles on Monday or Friday when they are on-sale. It's a delicious dish.

All the dim sum is great! Service can be VERY slow during peak hours though

Come here for the dim sum, not for the service. Oh and the parking lot on the weekend is a major cluster F*ck.

Parking is tough on weekends at lunch. Troll for spots in front of 99 Ranch: most turnover there.

Seriously lacking sine good service and good here. Don't bother order the overly priced pork bellies because it's all fat. You want to pay $15 for a plate of salted fat? I didn't think so.
