Delicious! Got the pulled pork empanadilla and the pork wings. Both were great. For my main dish, I got the pionono and it was amazing! Everything complemented and it was a real treat to the buds

Rum's the word here; 32 aged rums from around the world. Best bar snack: gandules dip, a pickled version of salsa that's a delicate balance of sweet, sour and spiciness. Happy hour 3-6, 10-12 Read more

I usually like La Isla. They were out of nearly half the menu. Seriously? It was a bummer because we wanted friends from out of town to try it. They wouldn’t go back. I may give them another shot.

Get the maduros instead of the tostones. It's worth the extra cost for the soft, flavorful plantain!
