Arroz con Pollo + El Presidente + Classic mojito + Cuban Cigar (dessert).- We always get a combination of the following delicious items: avacado salad, vaca frita, and/or oxtail. Make sure to get the sweet plantain and of course materva to drink.

Sandwiches are great. Staff is delightful. Everything on the menu is yummy.
The only indoor cuban restaurant I could find in Portland and it is AMAZING. After living in Miami and moving back to Portland, I needed a good place. The empanadas are to die for.

If I am ever on death row, vaca frita, red beans, and fiscal cheesecake from Pambiche will be my last meal.- Fantastic brunch. Empanadas are great. Cookies (dessert) are worth sharing.

The vaca frita is amazing, but if they run out go for the oxtail. It's not as messy as the menu makes it sound (oxtail has tiny bones). Cocktails are good but not very inspired.

Great cuban food here. Desserts are tasty - especially tres leche cake.
