- Ami K-MJanuary 26, 2016Amazing vegan selections. Love their brunch with tvp and the hot chocolate is to die for. Made with coconut something and a sprig of mint. Go early to avoid crowds for breakfast and dinner
- Dave HendrixApril 20, 2018Appetizers were amazing. I was skeptical about banana ketchup, but am now completely on board. Plato Cubano was excellent, and the desserts are out of this world. Mango cheesecake? Yes, please!
- CTSeptember 28, 2013Get the appetizer sampler, it's a meal within itself! Ask wait staff for recommendations! This is what we got and it was amazing!! There's also Cuban coffee!! And delicious desserts! 😜👍😍👌🍛☕🍰🍮
- Akaash SainiApril 24, 2012I've only had Cuban food twice in my life. Once in NYC, and once in DC. This was far better than both! Amazing amount of veg / vegan options! Get the fresh fruit juices! (4 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more
- Ro JSeptember 15, 2016This place is a must do! Ambience, food, service, everything is top notch. Arroz con Pollo + El Presidente + Classic mojito + Cuban Cigar (dessert).
- We always get a combination of the following delicious items: avacado salad, vaca frita, and/or oxtail. Make sure to get the sweet plantain and of course materva to drink.
- Tim In The HouseSeptember 19, 2019This place has an awesome vibe, great food, great service, great drinks. Try the strawberry daiquiri (non blended)
- Sandwiches are great. Staff is delightful. Everything on the menu is yummy.
- The only indoor cuban restaurant I could find in Portland and it is AMAZING. After living in Miami and moving back to Portland, I needed a good place. The empanadas are to die for.
- Michel Van KatsMay 15, 2015Plato Cubano was freaking awesome. Really everything on my plate was delicious. Also: good atmosphere, in and outside.
- Like saving money? Bike here and show your bike helmet for a bike discount. Pay in cash for a cash discount. Can't say enough good things about this place.
- Incredible happy hour featuring Cuban-American fusion dishes stocked with fresh ingredients & extra deliciousness.
- One of the few places in Portland to get real Cuban food. Get the Arroz con Pollo!
- AshleyMarch 16, 2013They have a killer happy hour menu! And they have heaters above each table outside!! One of our new favorite places.
- If I am ever on death row, vaca frita, red beans, and fiscal cheesecake from Pambiche will be my last meal.
- Fantastic brunch. Empanadas are great. Cookies (dessert) are worth sharing.
- Alaa ShakerAugust 25, 2014Everything's great here. The arroz con pollo was SO good! -- Closed on Monday btw.
- The vaca frita is amazing, but if they run out go for the oxtail. It's not as messy as the menu makes it sound (oxtail has tiny bones). Cocktails are good but not very inspired.
- Dillon FlynnJuly 18, 2010Go to Pambiche and order a Sangria and a Croqueta Preparada sandwich. If it's sunny, take it outside. Got a bit of extra time on your hands? The house cappuccino is a pretty great finisher. Read more

- Get the Tortilla de Plantano for breakfast. It's out of this world.
- James NoblesAugust 4, 2011NO COKE...or Pepsi. Try the Yerba Matte Soda, tastes great and you could run a marathon afterwards.
- Try the Cuban Sampler - Flavorful and not too filling. Delicious!
- Grant KrugerJuly 25, 2012Decent place to go, with unique food options, but crowded, trendy and a bit overpriced as well.
- Trevor CarlsonJuly 14, 2012Not impressed with the service. They have an avocado salad on the menu but they would bring out a plate of plain avocados for my 3 yr old son. Lame menu selection. Server was nice but help me.
- Great cuban food here. Desserts are tasty - especially tres leche cake.
