Chipotle doesn't have a "secret menu" like In-N-Out, but they will mix up the ingredients any way you ask. Most popular off-menu item is a quesadilla.

Ask for your cheese on top of your rice and it will be all melty when you get to your table.

Get the burrito bowl with taco shells on the side. More food, and the shells don't get soggy.
