The place, the food, the drinks, the atmosphere, the music, energy and the nostalgic memorabilia. I'm a sucker for the HRC franchise, so for me it's a hit or miss let alone an NYC location!
I've been here a few times and was there last week for my birthday. This place never fails, friendly staff, friendly environment, lots of rock music and great decor with artistmemorabilia all over
While it is a little more expensive, you get a huge plate of food and do not go away hungry. The wait is always shorter than what they say. The place is huge since they moved to their new location.
It was good for us that we used opentable app.The starters, the drinks , the music, the atmosphere were great. The burgers are so and so. Super ribs and steaks. Totally worth visiting it.
Crowded and pricey, but what else can one expect in Times Square? You can shop for Hard Rock items while waiting. Friendly staff, especially at the bar. Great atmosphere. Great memorabilia and music.
Get the hickorybbqbacon cheeseburger. And for sure get the hot fudge brownie. It's an insane portion of brownie, ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream and nuts. So good!
Incredibly pleasant. You should definitely try the cheeseburger and the fries.steaks make a great. We went with no reservation and has never been a problem.the service are fast and smiling staff..
My favorite HRC! In the heart of Times Square, it's always busy and most of the times you have to wait in line if you want to be sitted at a table but it's worth it
The original HRC New York was the third Hard Rock Cafe in the world, after the original in London and the old Los Angeles location. The Times Square location opened 2005 and it rocks. Believe it.
Everytime we been there is packed and we been here quite a few times… this location rocks… I would recommend booking a table in advance, else being ready for a long long wait….
The best cafe in NY. The tastiest cocktails, cool music, nice bartenders and wonderful atmosphere. Whenever I'm here, I feel 20 years younger. My advice is the cocktailBahama Mama
El lugar es enorme. Vaya con tiempo y sea paciente, la atención y la comida son lo mejor. The place is huge. Go with the necessary time and be patient. Attention and food, the best.
If you are waiting for someone and want to rest up and sit down, go through the main lobby, go down one staircase, and sit on the big staircase to the left. B sure to get a pic of the famous God Wall!
Really really nice place, the service might take forever and they may not always be very nice to you. But the food is awesome and the song too, but be ready to spend at least 2 hours in it.
The local legendary was one of the most upsetting experiences that I have ever had at Hard Rock. I have already visited more than 10 Hard Rocks all over the world and the local here was the poorest ;(
Great location; in the heart of the city. Merchandise section is very busy, restaurant has always a long line. Otherwise standard HRC, but stuff is very friendly.
Never go when it's seriously busy but when it's a quieter bustle the objects they have all under one roof are extraordinary. If you go exploring you will be sucked into the rock and roll world
The original HRC New York was the third Hard Rock Cafe in the world, after the original in London and the old Los Angeles location. The Times Square location opened 2005 and it rocks. Believe it.
What can I say? The Hard Rock is the Hard Rock no matter what city you happen to be in. However, it seems to be a "cool" place to see and be seen if you are in the Adult Entertainment Industry.
We came twice here and everything was great we didnt wait more than 2 min to get in. Wifi pass is rockstar! Should come if you are on vacation maybe its not a place for americans living here at nyc
Been coming here years and can't believe they STILL haven't come up with a solution to get phone service in this piece! It's like you're in a cave. Or the middle of the ocean or something
Mention to any team member it's your Birthday & get yourself a free desert. Or even better, for the over 21's a choice of a free cocktail. Worked for me everytime ;)
Def. purchase a total access pass ... Totally worth not waiting in line for an hour to be seated. We came in and we were seated right away because of it, great $26 investment. ( u even get 20 back!)
They have memorabilia from the Beatles and many other great performers from their era and more. The food is just like any other Hard Rock. But the atmosphere is fun for music fans of all ages.
If you can find Tina Benez, it will definitely make your trip to Hard Rock worth it! A hoot and a half, and one of the few people alive to have a hard rock pin made for her!!!
Hard Rock Cafe is a global phenomenon with 185 cafes that are visited by nearly 80 million guests each year. The first Hard Rock Cafe opened on June 14, 1971, in London, England, and from there the brand has expanded to major cities and exotic locations around the world.
